Mass Karaoke phenomenon Massaoke return to headline Festival on the Field 2026.

Festival on the field are excited to announce that Massaoke will return once again to get Harpenden dancing and singing rock anthems out loud as our headline act.  

Massaoke is the original, crowd-powered live band sing-along experience. An incredible live band play the greatest hairbrush anthems of all time, along with giant screens of video lyrics – so everyone can join in together.  They have been rocking audiences around the world, from legendary festivals like Glastonbury, Latitude, Leeds to famous sports events like Formula 1, the Rugby World Cup and UEFA Football.

With rock star poses, sparkling costumes, infinite air-guitar and an electric atmosphere, Massaoke is a show like no other – euphoric, immersive and, Too. Much. Fun.

Definitely Could Be Oasis

You may have missed the Live ’25 tour, but you can definitely experience the feeling of being at an Oasis gig at Festival on the Field this year!


Being a full six piece band, Definitely Could Be Oasis strive to be the ultimate Oasis tribute act, meticulously recreating the iconic sound and spirit of one of Britain’s greatest rock bands.

Definitely Could Be Oasis deliver an authentic experience with stunning attention to detail. Using the same gear, sound effects, and visuals as the original band, they bring the swagger, attitude, and atmosphere of a real Oasis show to life.

After they take the big stage for this summer you are guaranteed not to look back in anger.

Get ready to dance - this year, Festival on the Field is thrilled to welcome Ultimate Dua Lipa, performed by the incredible lookalike and soundalike Rachel!

Bringing the global superstar’s biggest hits to life, Rachel delivers a high-energy tribute packed with outstanding vocals, professional choreography and replica costumes. With a career that’s taken her from luxury hotels across the UK and abroad to major international events in destinations including Singapore, Oman, Bahrain, Lisbon, Monaco, and Athens, Rachel is a seasoned performer with world-class experience.

Over the past three years, she has become passionately dedicated to creating top-tier tribute shows - capturing the spirit, style, and sound of Dua Lipa, who has racked up 29 major awards and a string of chart-topping singles.

Based in Leeds but performing nationwide, Ultimate Dua Lipa promises fun for the whole family, getting everyone singing and dancing from the very first beat!

The Sum of Sheeran

We’re thrilled to welcome The Sum of Sheeran to the playing field at Sir John Lawes School this year! With extraordinary vocals that capture the sound of one of the greatest singer-songwriters of a generation, performer Tom Morrison brings Ed Sheeran’s beloved music to life.

From anthems like Castle on the Hill and Galway Girl to heartfelt favourites such as Perfect and Thinking Out Loud, plus recent chart-toppers including Bad Habits and Shivers, Tom’s high-energy show celebrates all the hits that families know and love.

Classically trained by Sir Paul McCartney and having performed in iconic venues worldwide—including a special appearance at the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuwait City for the Crown Prince—Tom delivers a tribute performance you’ll never forget.

Totally Taylor by Melissa

Back for a second time to the Harpenden Festival on the Field, Totally Taylor by Melissa will thrill the Swifties of Harpenden with Taylor’s greatest hits and top tracks from the new album.

Melissa has the look, voice and energy of Taylor Swift having studied her for over a decade. Come get up close to the stage and dance to your favourite Taylor tunes right here in Harpenden!

Red Shift

Red Shift are a four-piece indie rock and pop band from Hertfordshire, UK, and formed in 2025. Their distinctive style captures the best of indie rock, alternative rock and pop, marked by memorable melodies, rich guitar textures, and emotionally resonant songwriting with a modern edge.

The band includes former members of Festival on the Field stalwarts Stratton 5 including some Sir John Lawes School Alumni.

Their debut single ‘Time By The Ocean’ has been featured by Kerrie Cosh on BBC 3CR through BBC Introducing and their Debut EP ‘Heartbreak And Goodbyes’ is out now!

Run For Cover

Run For Cover are a Hertfordshire-based rock and pop covers band that turns every gig into a greatest hits playlist. From indie anthems to classic floor-fillers, their high-energy sets are packed with crowd-pleasers designed to get everyone singing, dancing, and shouting for more. Whether it’s a private party, pub night or wedding reception, they bring the soundtrack to your best memories and make new ones in the process.

With sharp musicianship, tight harmonies and a love of the songs everyone actually wants to hear, Run For Cover deliver live music that’s fun, familiar and full of life. Expect tunes from the likes of The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Rolling Stones and more - all performed with the energy and edge of a band who love what they do.

School Bands

The festival will kick off with three bands from local secondary schools.

New this year, bands will be chosen at a Battle of the Bands Event held at the Katherine Warrington School Auditorium from 6pm-8pm on 19 Mar 2025.
